Oxytocin Properties

CLUSTERS AND SOCIONIC PROFILES OF OXYTOCIN

The final socionic profile of oxytocin (which we are presenting in this post) was obtained by averaging 13 traits indicative of oxytocin's effects, namely:

Cluster OXT-01. Likes touch, hugs, tactile contact; easily allows intrusions into personal space and willingly invades others’ personal space to achieve closeness and merging of personal boundaries.

Cluster OXT-02. Enjoys slow touches and stroking of fine hairs on the skin.

Cluster OXT-03. Trust in other people.

Cluster OXT-04. Suggestibility.

Cluster OXT-05. Openness about one's experiences and emotions.

Cluster OXT-06. Rapidly growing sense of attachment.

Cluster OXT-07. Friendliness, caring nature, responsiveness.

Cluster OXT-08. Erogenous zone sensitivity of the nipples.

Cluster OXT-09. Love for children.

Cluster OXT-10. Need to feel unity with others.

Cluster OXT-11. Frequently seeks advice from others.

Cluster OXT-12. Eye contact or gazing into the eye region of another person.

Cluster OXT-13. Enhanced social memory. Observant recall of people’s faces and voices.

These 13 clusters were identified based on our analysis of literature data on behavioral manifestations associated with increases or decreases in oxytocin levels in the human body (experiments involving both natural oxytocin concentrations and artificially elevated ones).

A corresponding Word document with a detailed literature review on this topic is attached to this post.

Let’s start from the end—in other words, before going through all these 13 oxytocin clusters, we will first present the final result (something that has never before been posted on our group wall)—the socionic profile of elevated oxytocin, obtained by averaging the profiles of all these clusters (see the attached image with the profiles).
We’ll review the individual clusters in future posts.

The image shows that OXYTOCIN leads to increased ethics, judiciousness, sensing, and declatimity. Primarily, Fe, Si, and Fi increase, while the functions Ni and Ti drop significantly.

The corresponding effects of increased oxytocin concentration are generally universal for both men and women.
