Ni, intuition of time (imagination of crisis)
Keywords: crisis, trends, changes, metamorphoses, deformations, damage, destruction, rebirth, foresight, risk, luck, adventures, speculations, provocations
Definition:
Ni (in general): Introducing oneself and the surrounding environment into an unbalanced, crisis state that blurs the certainty of the future
Program Ni: Better vision of forks (bifurcation points) in the flow of events, playing to maintain uncertainty, unpredictability of past and future in order to avoid personal activity
Creative Ni: Better vision of long-term trends, playing ahead of the curve, in which the subject seeks to accelerate and lead changes that destroy the current equilibrium and transfer the system into a fundamentally new state.
Typical trait components of Ni:

Ni + Introversion = Unwillingness to spend oneâs time and energy on other people
Ni + Irrationality = Indifference to what is happening around, letting things take their course
Ni + Dynamics = Weak-willed submission to strong people, presenting oneself as a victim of circumstances
Atypical trait components of Ni:
Ni + Sensorics = Self-interest, unwillingness to do anything for free

========
Conclusions:
The meaning of Ni is the destabilization of the equilibrium of oneâs own organism, psyche, surrounding society, and the world by any possible means (deliberate self-injury; searching for âpain pointsâ in other people and pressing them to provoke irrational and destructive behavior; stimulating interpersonal conflicts and global wars, personal financial problems and general economic crises; anticipating and relishing themes of natural disasters, epidemics, personal deaths, or a global apocalypse)
Introverted (base) Ni sustains a situation of uncertainty, a slow-burning crisis, being simultaneously ready for any possible change of circumstances, and therefore concealing its intentions, attachments, etc., and never clearly taking one definite side.
Extraverted (creative) Ni, through its activity, provokes and accelerates the pace of already maturing changes in society, thereby destroying the established homeostasis of the population and hastening the onset of the next crisis.
Thus, the active role of Ni is the intensification of the pressure of directional selection on the population, while its passive role is its association with qualities that provide a personal advantage under conditions of constant directional selection (and in an unpredictable direction at that).
Summarizing all of the above, the author concludes that the Ni function, from a biosocial point of view, can be defined as a complex of individual traits evolutionarily connected with STRONG DIRECTIONAL SELECTION in the population.
