29 Markers of Strong Differences Between Di and Qi
In the calculation of Di and Qi, the functionality of the functions was not considered at all, and the introversion and statics attributed to them were completely neutralized during subtraction. Therefore, in the considered differences of "strength," BD and BK are influenced only by two socionic traits: questimnity-declatimnity and democracy-aristocracy (the latter also referred to as egalitarianism-elitism).
BD is the pole of aristocracy and declatimnity, BK is the pole of democracy and questimnity, and their difference, therefore, is purely the sum of the two traits taken with the opposite sign.
===============================
So, what are the markers of Di minus Qi, that is, the sum of aristocracy and declatimity? The questionnaire items for these clusters were selected based on the criterion of the maximum value of the ratio of the difference between Di and Qi to the sigma of the type profile of the question, and grouped into clusters according to a mixed criterion of the semantic content of the question and the actual correlation of its profile with the profile of the entire cluster being considered.

CONCLUSIONS {#conclusions}
The analysis of the content of all 29 clusters shows that three main biological cerebral factors are involved in the formation of differences between Di and Qi:
High activity of the anterior part of the cortex (presumably, especially the left hemisphere) of the central lobe of the brain (i.e., the insular cortex) increases Qi and decreases Di. This conclusion follows from well-known literature data on the direct relationship between the activity of the anterior part of the insular cortex and the strength of the frustration reaction to unpleasantness or deprivation of the habitual (e.g., deprivation of cigarettes in a smoker).
High cerebral vasopressinergic activity contributes to high Di (and declatimity in general) and suppresses Qi (and questimity in general). This conclusion follows from the content of cluster No. 10, which indicates a correlation between markers of even peripheral high vasopressin activity with declatimity and Di.
High cerebral dopamine activity, on the contrary, contributes to general questimity and, especially, strong Qi, and prevents strong Di. This conclusion follows from the analysis of clusters 17, 19, and 20, which indicate a relationship between dopamine activity in the pleasure center and the strength of Qi.
To make it more interesting to read, let's jump ahead with some scientific conclusions. Specifically, the examination of the content of all 29 clusters will show that three main biological cerebral factors participate in the formation of differences between BD and BK:
High activity of the anterior part of the cortex (presumably, especially the left hemisphere) of the central lobe of the brain (that is, the insular cortex) increases BK and decreases BD. This conclusion follows from the well-known literary data on the direct link between the activity of the anterior part of the insular cortex and the strength of the frustration reaction to unpleasantness or deprivation of the familiar (for example, deprivation of cigarettes for a smoker).
High cerebral vasopressinergic activity contributes to a high BD (and declatimnity in general) and suppresses BK (and questimnity in general). This conclusion follows from the content of cluster #10, which indicates a correlation of markers of even peripheral high vasopressin activity with declatimnity and BD.
High cerebral dopamine activity, on the contrary, contributes to questimnity and strong BK and inhibits strong BD. This conclusion follows from the examination of clusters 17, 19, and 20, which indicate a connection between dopamine activity in the pleasure center and the strength of BK.
